This guide assumes your organization already uses Runops. If you want to create an organization account check this guide.
Join Runops from Slack
/runops signup- Enter this message anywhere in Slack:
/runops signup
- If you don’t see runops app in your workspace, then add it:
https://runopsworkspace.slack.com/apps/A01KPNBHNRX
- Your signup request is subject to administrator’s approval.
Runops will let you know when the request gets approved!
Run Templates
/runops templatesIn Slack you can run a Template with the
/runops templates command. A modal will show up where you
select the Template you want by the name. The modal will update with
inputs for required parameters and the list of Connections.The name of the Template in the list tells you what it does. It can
be a report or a customer support action. Select the template and hit
submit!
